Resetting Your Diaphragm to Cure Hiccups


This method is simple and effective so follow the steps below to learn how to reset your diaphragm.

  1. First breathe in as much air as you possibly can. Take one slow, long inhale until it feels as though your lungs are completely full.
  2. Continue to breathe in until it is impossible for you to take in anymore air.
  3. Once you have done this, start to breathe normally.
  4. The act of doing this should reset your diaphragm and cure your hiccups.

Continue to do this until your hiccups go away.
