I have created this blog in an effort to help others find a cure for persistent hiccups which have lasted longer than 48 hours, and in most cases for several days.

This method is simple and effective so follow the steps below to learn how to reset your diaphragm.
Continue to do this until your hiccups go away.
If your hiccups still persist be patient and try some of the other cures outlined on the website.
Another great breathing exercise that you can do anytime and anywhere is the 10 Second Breath technique.
This method is yet another variation of some of the other breathing exercises I have outlined on the site. It is good to have a lot of options for breathing exercises as they can help with other things aside from curing the hiccups.
